This notice explains how Decorum Holdings Ltd (“Decorum”, “we”) handles your personal data when you use decorumfl.com or contact us.
Who we are
Decorum Holdings Ltd, trading as Decorum Funeral Logistics. Registered in England & Wales, Company No 16813520. Registered office: 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. Contact: hello@decorumfl.com. We are the data controller. (We completed the ICO’s self-assessment and are not required to register with the ICO; we remain subject to UK GDPR.)
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, rate-card request or career-interest form: your name, email address, phone number (if given), the service you’re interested in or your experience, and your message. We also collect basic, privacy-respecting analytics about site usage.
Why, and our lawful basis
To respond to your enquiry, provide our services, and consider you for our network — on the basis of our legitimate interests (responding to business enquiries and operating our business) and, where you ask us to send information, your consent.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us run the site and respond to you: our hosting and database providers (Vercel and Supabase), our email provider (Google Workspace, where your enquiry reaches us), and the service we use to send replies and information (Resend). They process data on our behalf under contract and don’t use it for their own purposes. We don’t sell your data. Where data is transferred outside the UK, it’s protected by appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and career-interest details for as long as they remain relevant to our working relationship with you. You can ask us to delete your data at any time and we’ll do so, unless we’re required to keep it to meet a legal obligation.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to processing, or request portability. Contact hello@decorumfl.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
We use cookieless, privacy-respecting analytics to understand general site usage (such as page views). These don’t identify you and we don’t set advertising or tracking cookies. If this changes, we’ll update this notice and add a cookie banner.
